The Solo IndoorCam P24

This is a revision to my first Eufy review as the problem was a redesign of the camera that wasn’t reflected in the user manual. This has now been resolved and Eufy have said they will change the manual. I got camera at 25% off so I’m extra pleased. The images are excellent and the camera was amazingly easy to set up, it doesn’t connect to the Homebase so needs either cloud based memory at a small cost or local SIM card memory, your choice. Customer support was good but confused so it took longer for me to find out about the SIM card location but other than that I have no complaints.

Customer Services Joke

Placed an order for a camera mount but it has got to the delivery depot and been there for 2 days I contact the eufy UK customer service number and the person ( a lady ) had an attuide before I even got to explain the issue I tried to track with aftermarket and even the company tracking service and both say the same.
I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to be told I can't as she is in the USA and they don't have a supervisor or manager on duty. Great way of employee management help yourself I think I had woke her up and she seem very anger.
I will be returning my camera and the mount for a full refund and going with a company that does care Ring or someone has to be better than these jokers.
Waste of time and money DONT BUY DIRECT IF YOU WANT REFUND. please see other review on this company and all will become apparent why I say this.

I’ve bought a eufy 2C Pro Last year .I…

I’ve bought a eufy 2C Pro Last year .I am happy with quality of video BUT the detecting not working properly. I have changed them and they have send me new ones But can’t detect a person, out of 10 , 3 times don’t detect anything. I did all things they’ve asked to do but still the same . And battery goes drain very quickly . NOT HAPPY AT ALL.waste of money

Don’t buy Eufy G30

G30 was used for 14 months fairly infrequently then developed a ‘bumper stuck error’. Advice is to replace the bumper but the replacement ordered apparently fits almost all models but not the G30, in fact they don’t stock replacement bumpers for that model even though they still sell it so be warned if the bumper fails you have no replacement options. Instead I’ve been sent some video on how to replace the ‘signal bracket’ and asked if I’m happy to take this on myself and they will give me PayPal instructions to purchase the part. Given price I’m not satisfied with how long this product has lasted. Would not recommend this model.

Great products!

I have a Robovac x8 and a HomeVac H30 and both are great.
I experienced some minor issues with Robovac's app but nothing I couldn't sort out.
What I liked most is the support I received when my Robovac started to fail when charging the battery. Not only the support replied very quick but they were also very friendly and the RMA process was swift and easy.

I will totally recommend the products and service!

Big waste of money.

Cameras don’t pick much up even if you are stood in front of one. Customer service are awful and will refund the cameras but refuse to refund the VAT paid on the order. I’d avoid at all costs.

G30 Robovac

My G30 stopped working after 18 months. Customer services pointed out that it was out of warranty and offered the choice of buying a spare part and fitting it myself, a cheaper reconditioned model or a minimal discount on a new one. After complaining that it was only 18 months old they sent me the brush for free which was really fiddly to fit with only poor video tutorials available. It now works again but other features now aren't working and I don't expect it to last much longer. Shame as it was a decent vacuum albeit the peripherals don't last long and are expensive to replace.

If their products break so quickly, and they're not interested in looking after customers I won't buy from them again.

It worked great in the beginning

It worked great in the beginning. And then a year and one week later, there were motor issues. Since the warranty was expired for about a week, of course the company didn’t want to assist me. They said they can give me 40% discount for another product that I predict will fall apart again after a year. And so the unfortunate cycle of trashing the earth with poor quality products that break apart in a short span of time, just so the companies can make more profit- continues!

Ordered the Homebase 2

Ordered the Homebase 2, Thing shows up WITHOUT a charger... seriously?.. Outraged to be honest. If it was clearly mentioned "charger not included" i would of sourced one... although they do tell you the ethernets not included ....... how useful ! now im sat here unable to set up my security. THANKS.. However since they have sent me both cables to clear up the mess. Hence my change to 4 stars from 1 :)
